Our fitter accommodation north of Leipzig

You want to rent accommodation for your employees in which they feel comfortable after work. Then you are right with us.
You rent the entire living area of a single-family house (approx. 85 square meters) over 2 floors including shared use of the garden (barbecue available) in Delitzsch-Ost, approx. 20 km north of Leipzig.

Popular with fitters on assembly

The apartment is particularly popular with fitters who work at BMW, Porsche, DHL, the airport, at the trade fair or in the Bitterfeld Chemical Park because they have short journeys (approx. 15-20 minutes by car depending on traffic).

Good transport connection

The A9 and A14 motorways can be reached within a very short time, which is particularly advantageous when traveling to and from Leipzig. Since the apartment is on the outskirts of Leipzig, stressful inner-city traffic jams can be avoided when driving to the construction site.

Upscale equipment at an affordable price

The apartment has a living room with a cozy seating area, fireplace and smart TV with satellite connection, a bathroom on the upper floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two twin rooms and one single room are available for overnight stays. There is also a smart TV in the single room
WLAN, washing machine and dryer are of course also available.
Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel are included in the price.
Diagonally across from the property is a public parking lot where vans can also be parked.

There is a supermarket 170m away, which is open from Monday to Saturday until 8 p.m.
The landlord lives in a second house on the property and can be reached at any time in the event of problems. If you don't have time to shop, we'll be happy to do it for you.
