1. Arrival / departure

The arrival can take place from 3 p.m. The departure must take place on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. If the departure time is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, an additional night will be charged. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not appear on the day of arrival by 10 p.m., the contract is deemed to have been terminated after a period of 12 hours without notification to the landlord. The landlord or his representative can then freely dispose of the property. A (partial) repayment of the rent due to early departure will not be made.

3. Payment

Der Mietvertrag erhält mit Eingang der Anzahlung auf das Konto des Vermieters seine Gültigkeit. Die Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Mietbetrages ist innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Erhalt der Buchungsunterlagen zur Zahlung fällig. Nach der erfolgten Anzahlung wird 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt die Zahlung des Restbetrages fällig. Werden die Zahlungsfristen nicht eingehalten, so kann der Vermieter vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Die Nichtzahlung gilt als Rücktritt und berechtigt zur Neuvermietung. Nebenkosten für Wasser, Strom, Gas, Abfall werden nicht erhoben.

4. Resignation

Eine Ersatzperson, die zu genannten Bedingungen in Ihren Vertrag eintritt, kann von Ihnen gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung genügt.

5. Obligations of the tenant

The tenant undertakes to treat the rented items (holiday home, inventory and outdoor facilities) with care. If damage occurs to the holiday home and / or its inventory during the tenancy, the tenant is obliged to notify the landlord of this immediately. Defects and damage already discovered on arrival must be reported to the landlord immediately, otherwise the tenant is liable for this damage. A reasonable period must be allowed to remedy damage and defects. Claims based on complaints that are not immediately reported on site are excluded. Complaints received by the landlord at the end of the stay or after leaving the holiday home are also excluded from compensation. In the event of any disruptions in performance, the tenant is obliged to do everything reasonable within the framework of his legal obligation to help remedy the disruption and to keep any damage that may have occurred to a minimum. On the day of departure, the renter must remove personal items, dispose of household rubbish in the designated containers, and store dishes clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards.

6. Privacy

Der Mieter erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass im Rahmen des mit ihm abgeschlossenen Vertrages notwendige Daten über seine Person gespeichert, geändert und / oder gelöscht werden. Alle persönlichen Daten werden absolut vertraulich behandelt..

7. Liability

Die Beschreibung wurde nach bestem Wissen erstellt. Für eine Beeinflussung des Mietobjektes durch höhere Gewalt, durch Strom- und Wasserausfälle und Unwetter wird nicht gehaftet. Ebenso wird nicht gehaftet bei Eintritt unvorhersehbarer oder unvermeidbarer Umstände wie z.B. behördlicher Anordnung, plötzlicher Baustelle oder für Störungen durch naturbedingte und örtliche Begebenheiten. Der Vermieter ist aber gern bei der Behebung der Probleme (soweit dies möglich ist) behilflich. Eine Haftung des Vermieters für die Benutzung der bereitgestellten Spiel- und Sportgeräte ist ausgeschlossen. Die An- und Abreise des Mieters erfolgt in eigener Verantwortung und Haftung. Der Vermieter haftet nicht für persönliche Gegenstände bei Diebstahl oder Feuer. Für mutwillige Zerstörungen bzw. Schäden haftet der Mieter in vollem Umfang.

8. Schlussbestimmung

Photos and text on the website or in the flyer serve as a realistic description. A 100 percent match with the rental property cannot be guaranteed. The landlord reserves the right to change the equipment (e.g. furniture) provided they are equivalent. Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining conditions. The ineffective provision is to be replaced by an effective one that comes closest to the economic and legal will of the contracting parties.

If the property was booked via a booking portal, the respective terms and conditions of the booking portal apply.

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand und Erfüllungsort ist der Wohnort des Vermieters.
